WOOD:
1/2" thick exterior grade plywood
48" x 96" sheet
and a 36" x 48" piece
One 2X6 x 12" long board, #2 grade lumber
HARDWARE:
Required for assembly.
Screws – Eighteen #6 x 3/4" long flat head.
Three #6 x 1-1/2" long flat head.
Two #8 x 3-1/2" long flat head.
Tie Downs – Two 3/16" dia. X 10" long steel rods. (2 - #TDS)
TOOLS:
Hand held sabre saw with a non-chipping blade, screwdriver, drill 5/32", 7/32", 3/16", 15/64" 3/8" and 1" dia. Drill bits.
SUPPLIES:
Transfer paper (#CARB), pencil & clear tape
Sand paper – medium & fin grits
Wood filler – non-shrinking, fast drying for wood flaws
Paint Brushes – 2", 3/4" and 1/4" wide brushes and a fine tipped detail brush.
Glue – exterior wood.

White primer for a base coat and the following suggested colors of acrylic paint or exterior semi-gloss enamel:
