Boy's Youth Large (14-16) Nike Navy Blue Athletic Fitness Basketball Shorts.  They have an elastic waist with a drawstring.
They measure around 12 inches across the waist when measured on a flat surface and 18.5 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts.  There are a lot of snags/pills from wear on both the front and back of the shorts.  The seam on the bottom of one leg is also broken for part of the area.  See all pics.
