Boy's Youth Large Nike Elite Dark Gray & Neon Yellow  Athletic Basketball Shorts.  They have an elastic waist with a drawstring and two hip pockets.
They measure around 12 inches across the waist when measured on a flat surface and 21 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts.  There are a lot of snags/pills from wear on both the front and back of the shorts.  See all pics.
