Boy's Youth Small Nike Black & Yellow Basketball Athletic Shorts w/ Pockets.  They have an elastic waist with a drawstring and two hip pockets.
They measure around 10.5 inches across the waist when measured on a flat surface and 18 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts. There are some snags/pills from wear on both the front and back of the shorts.  The end of the drawstring is frayed.  See all pics.
