Boy's Youth XL (18/20) Adidas Black & White Athletic Fitness Basketball Shorts.  They have an elastic waist with a drawstring and two hip pockets.
They measure around 13 inches across the waist when measured on a flat surface and 19 inches from the waist to the bottom of the shorts.
There are a lot of snags/pills from wear on the front of the shorts and a paint stain.  One hip pocket has a broken seam also.  See all pics.
