Fenton Amethyst Persian Medallion Ruffled Glass Bowl

This listing is for a marked Fenton Amethyst Persian Medallion Ruffled Glass bowl. This pattern with its ring of embroidered medallions definitely displays a Moorish influence and lovely to behold. The outside pattern is Bearded Blackberry. It has a collar base, is 7 1/2" across the top and stands 2 1/2" tall. This bowl is stunning with gorgeous hues of red, purple and amber/yellow as shown in the last photo. It is a substantial piece with some weight but truly beautiful inside and out.  The pictures truly don't do justice for this beautiful piece. Even though it is contemporary carnival glass, with Fenton no longer making glass, it is a great collectible piece especially to those who collect Fenton or a great addition to anyone's Carnival glass collection.
