    Normally Closed Circuit – Push to Open Circuit
    'Normally closed' means that when the ball is under pressure (like when the door is shut) the circuit is open and electrical contacts are not touching.  That means no current will flow through the switch.  When the ball is released (like when the door is open) the circuit is closed and contacts are touching, allowing current to flow through the switch.
    *Ideal for Door Jamb Switches*
    12V: 2 amps AC/DC
    24V: 2 amps AC; 1 amps DC
    48V: 1 amps AC; 0.5 amps DC
    Insulated rolling ball contacts
