    Vintage Fenton Stemmed Dish that is Hand Made & Hand Painted Carnival Glass. his piece measures 6'' tall, 6'' across the top and 3 1/8'' across the bottom. On the bottom of this piece is a hand painted signature by the artist that reads: hand painted by S. Hopkins.   There is also is silver metallic sticker that reads: FENTON Handmade in U.S.A.  This collector has been collected, and stored away. This piece is in perfect condition. A great looking classy, classic collector.
