VTG Opalescent Fenton Holly Carnival Glass Hat Bowl Multi-color Ruffled

Description

Beautiful and colorful piece of vintage iridescent carnival glass, this Carnival Holly Glass Hat thought to be made by Fenton is mulit-colored over a blue translucent glass as seen in it's base.  The variation in color appears through the interior to the exterior of the glass.
There are no markings and the age of the piece is not known.
The piece is 5-3/4" in diameter x 3-1/8" high on a 2-3/8" round base and with a ruffled edge.   There are no visible chips or cracks, but a small burr at the edge and a small shallow scratch is seen at the bottom of the hat.  Please see photos for condition.
