The set is gently used and may show some signs of normal wear.
Overall everything looks nice to me. The heads are in good Condition.
Everything is fully functional and charges, turns on, lights up, shuts off,
and adjust as it should. The Nicad Rechargeable Battery is new.

The revolutionary panoptic provides easy entry into the eye, together
with a wider field of view to more easily observe conditions such as
hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, and papilledema. Fast, easy entry
into undilated pupils. 5X larger view of the fundus vs. standard
ophthalmoscopes in an undilated eye. 25º field of view vs. the standard
5º field of view. Greater working distance improves comfort for both
practitioner and patient. Helps detect corneal abrasions with cobalt
blue filter (model# 11820 only). Patented glare Extinguishment System
prevents interference from unwanted glare and reflections. Halogen HpX
lamp provides bright, white light. Compatible with all Welch Allyn 3.5 Volt
powersources, wall transformers and Nicad or Lithium Ion portable
power handles.
11720 3.5 Volt Coaxial Ophthalmoscope:
Patented Welch Allyn Coaxial Vision System facilitates ophthalmoscopy
by enabling easier entry into the eye, a larger field of view, and reduced
glare compared to standard ophthalmoscopes. Halogen HpX lamp
provides light for true tissue color and long lasting performance. Coaxial
optics produce a shadow free spot, easier entry into undilated pupils,
and  a larger field of view versus standard ophthalmoscopes. Detect
corneal abrasions with cobalt blue filter. Polarizing filter virtually
eliminates corneal reflection. Sealed optics keep out dust and dirt. 18
unique aperture filter combinations for greater versatility. Red free filter
may be used with any aperture. 28 focusing lenses with a range of -25 to
+40 diopters. Compatible with all Welch Allyn 3.5 Volt power sources,
wall transformers and Nicad or Lithium Ion portable power handles.
23820 3.5 Volt MacroView Otoscope:
Delivers almost twice the field of view at higher magnifiation compared
to standard otoscopes, making it easier to visualize the auditory canal
and tympanic membrane. This instrument is a signifiant advance in hand
held otoscopy, providing an improved view for enhanced learning and
decision making. A nearly complete view of the tympanic membrane with
approximately twice the field of view and 30% greater magnifiation than
a traditional otoscope. Better clarity and definition of landmarks. The
ability to adjust focus for variable ear canal length or farsighted eyes.
Tip grip for secure fastening and ejection of ear specula. Fiber optics
produce cool light with no reflections, no obstruction. Simply detach
(Unscrew) the head to use as a throat illuminator or general purpose
pen light.
71000-C 3.5 Volt Nicad Rechargeable/Convertible Handle:
Direct plug in rechargeable Power Handle. Rechargeable and can also be
converted for use with standard C-Cell batteries. Smooth, nonabrasive
knurled finish ensures a no slip grip. Chrome plated brass construction
for durability and reliable long life. Plugs Into starndard 120 Volt grounded
Outlet to recharge the battery. Accepts all existing Welch Allyn 3.5 Volt
heads.
