EXCELLENT USED CONDITION!
This listing contains #20000 standard otoscope in excellent used condition.  The otoscope has been professionally cleaned and tested to ensure proper function.
Many users prefer/use this otoscope
due to the removable black base (which can serve as a throat illuminator when attached to the top of any 3.5V Welch Allyn handle).
This is the otoscope/head only---no handle is included with this listing.  This otoscope works with all current/modern 3.5V Welch Allyn handles (71000-A, 71000-C, 71050-C, and 71900).
This otoscope was the industry standard for many years and has been replaced/updated by Welch Allyn with their newer model MacroView otoscope #23820.  Many experienced doctors prefer this model over the MacroView due simply to the much lower price and ease of cleaning--- the newer #23820 requires that you send the otoscope to Welch Allyn for periodic cleaning (which is both inconvenient and expensive).
This otoscope is no longer available in the USA (due to the introduction of the newer #23820) but is still sold/distributed worldwide/outside of the USA by Welch Allyn--it is one of the top selling otoscopes in the international market.
