This item is in excellent used condition.  All units have been professionally cleaned and tested to ensure proper function upon receipt. This is the head/handle attachment only and requires the use of a 3.5V handle (71000-A, 71000-C, 71670, or 71900) for proper function.  The black (throat illuminator) base contains a #03100 3.5V halogen bulb (which provides the illumination for the otoscope).  The black base is removable and can also be used on the MacroView otoscope #23820.
