This is a Welch Allyn portable medical diagnostic set.  This features the Welch Allyn 3.5v series rechargeable handle with several interchangeable heads used for a variety of diagnostics.
The handle and all components are in good physical condition with typical signs of wear. There was a label on the handle at some point which left some discoloration but it is in otherwise great structural shape with a clean battery compartment.  The handle properly turns on and light is visible through all of the included heads.  The base of the otoscope pops off and is used on the nasal illuminator to use that head.
Please note that this handle includes a rechargeable battery, the battery was purchased recently so should last a while, although given the nature of batteries it's being sold as-is with no guarantees on life or longevity. During my testing the battery took & held a charge and was able to power the units on.
