Welch Allyn 3.5v 118 series PanOptic Ophthalmoscope w/ Otoscope (varies between listings).
Components may be slightly different in appearance (e.g. black or gray lens of the otoscope, handle model/appearance may vary), or have minor scuffs between listings from storage or inspection. Always tested. If you have never used a panoptic, it blows the standard ophthalmoscope out of the water.
Handle plugs into standard US wall outlet to charge. I have once C battery handle left, but it is in used condition.
