Components may be slightly different in appearance or model (e.g. black or gray lens standard otoscope, Otoscope or handle model can vary), or have minor scuffs between listings. Always tested. Case may be slightly different/have scuffs or marker indicating previous owners, but components the same. If you have never used a panoptic, it blows the standard ophthalmoscope out of the water.
